This is a full HD projector from the Wowoto brand that comes in a black box, which has a premium appeal attached to it. Inside the box, apart from the projector, there is a power cord, a remote, an AV cable, an instruction manual and a warranty card Draped in all white, the projector looks fairly elegant and imparts a premium feel.

As the size of this projector is not very big, to some extent it can be termed as a portable one. From its construction, nowhere it gives the impression that it belongs to a budget category. High-grade ABS plastic has been used in its body construction On the upper surface of the projector, you get a touch control panel, which functions very smoothly at the slight touch of your fingertip and it also grants a stylish appeal to this projector.

You’ll get a manual keystone correction ring along with a focus wheel. For lens protection, a plastic cover has been provided Here, the Wowoto company's logo is given. The ports are located on the backside of the projector, where there is a speaker too.

On the sides, there are ventilation grills, apart from a dust filter, which you can clean yourself occasionally to avoid any dust accumulation! Beneath the projector legs, there are screw threads, you can mount it from the ceiling and also place it on a tripod.

On the front, there is a height adjusting screw, through which, you can raise the projection height while projecting from a tabletop. The build quality of the remote is decent on which you get the option for picture settings, apart from other important functions. On the connectivity front, this projector, apart from a power port, has an AV port, an Ethernet port, a headphone jack, 2 HDMI ports, and 2 USB ports. IR blaster is located both on the rear and front sides.

Now I'll tell you what specifications, the company claims on this projector. According to the company, the peak brightness of this full HD projector is 5500 lumens, the lamp life is 40,000 hours and its dynamic contrast ratio is 20000:1.

The company says that though a more than 200 inches screen size can be projected through this projector, the recommended screen size is 200 inches. You can project this Projector from a minimum distance of 4.5 feet.

On this projector, apart from Bluetooth v4.2, there is Wi-Fi and Miracast. This projector also has Bluetooth connectivity for sound, and, through its HDMI you can connect it to your set-top box, PS4, Android TV box, Fire TV stick, and likewise.

Apart from a 4-point digital keystone correction, this projector comes with an electronic zoom function. It has 1GB RAM and 8GB storage. For audio, it has a 3-watt speaker, and, it supports content through USB. According to the company, this projector supports 4K and it comes preloaded with applications like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Hotstar, etc.

The company asserts that it has tied up with the boat company for audio to make the viewing experience of their projectors even better. There is also a facility, where their projectors come in a bundled offer with Boat soundbars, and, you can get them at a cheaper price than their original prices. So these were the company mentioned specifications, now let us analyze its real performance. On this projector, apart from digital keystone correction, you also get manual keystone correction and with the help of both, you can obtain a perfectly rectangular screen even from the sides.

The focusing of this projector is very good because of which the words appear sharp and well-focused on the entire screen. However, sometimes you can observe a 5% blur on any one corner, but while watching pictures, you don't get to observe any visible blur on the screen. Though the company says that you can project a screen size of 200 inches through this projector, for the best viewing experience, I recommend limiting the screen size to 130 inches. Projecting a screen size at which the brightness and details decrease does not seem prudent to me.

You get the option for boot source on this projector, which means you can permanently connect your set top box or Android TV box to this projector and leave it like that, and, whenever you will switch on the projector, it will display the home screen of your set-top box or Android TV box, rather than the projector's home screen. This makes it much easier as every time you don't need to switch over from the projector's home screen to the home screen of these devices.

And as far as the picture quality of this projector is concerned, it is unparalleled in this price segment. The color reproduction of the projector is vivid and punchy apart from being realistic. The pictures projected through this projector are very sharp and detailed. The brightness of this projector is also very good, due to which the overall viewing experience gets enhanced. If we talk about the blacks, then it is pertinent to mention here that none of the projectors give you as deep blacks as any good television. Going by the fact that it is a projector its blacks are fairly good.

However, the best performance of Blacks is got in a dark room. In an illuminated room, every projector will display blacks as Grey. You must have marked that even in a picture hall when the light is on, the Blacks appear greyish. This is the performance of this projector in an illuminated hall, and, rest performance has also been shot not in complete darkness.

Apart from natural light, the softbox is also switched on in this hall. But here, light is not falling directly on the screen. I have had this Lux meter with me for a very long time, now, but I don't measure the brightness with it as multiple parameters need to be taken care of while measuring the brightness of a projector, and then only, you get the real brightness value.

Now coming to its audio; you don't feel the least that it has a 3-watt single speaker. The audio is very loud and crystal clear. You can easily differentiate between the sounds of different musical instruments. Dialogues are delivered with heaviness and much clarity. If we talk about the noise emanating from its fan, then, at 58 db, it is very negligible. Even at low volume, it will not divert your attention and is least distractive.

Throughout this video, I have shown its performance on a white screen, now, watch its performance on the BigVue high-contrast 40k worth screen. When you project pictures on this screen, the brightness will not increase, on the contrary, it will decrease. However, the contrast will get enhanced because of which the colors will look more vibrant on this screen.

There is also another benefit of this screen that with rising in contrast you will be able to see fairly deeper blacks. You can use this fixed frame screen in a little bright room also, where it will replicate the performance of an FHD TV. Whichever screen suits your requirement, you can purchase that. However, you don't need to use any cheap ALR screen with this projector as its brightness is sufficiently good. This white screen is just a simple white screen, which you can even purchase at an affordable price. Mine is costly because it is not a manual one, it is an electronically controlled screen.

This is an Android projector, which comes with Android 9.0, however, here, I would like to tell you that none of the projectors come with an official Android like a TV. This is why you don't get to see more than 480p resolution, while playing content of other applications, apart from YouTube. Directly through this projector, you can watch YouTube in a maximum of 1080p resolution.

On this projector, you get many applications preloaded and there is single-band Wi-Fi on it Though through any Android TV box, this projector supports 4K on YouTube, all other applications will not support 4K because on Netflix, Hotstar, and Amazon Prime, you get more or less uncompressed 4K quality content.

Whereas, on YouTube, the content gets compressed and plays in lower quality than the original content. Full HD, as well as 4K contents, get downscaled on YouTube, this is the reason why 4K content plays in better quality than the full HD content on YouTube. If you will play content directly through this projector, you will not get picture and sound settings, which are got only in the HDMI mode. I tried Miracast on this projector but observed some lags while playing videos.

I will recommend buying an Android TV box with this projector so that you can watch the content of all applications in high quality. And, on an Android TV box, you will get smooth screen mirroring also along with 4K support. Apart from this, you will get dual-band Wi-Fi on it. You only need to pay for the installation kit. This means if you want to get the projector mounted from the ceiling or wall, then you just need to pay for the ceiling or wall mount kit. In the end, I will just say, that the good construction quality of this projector, its excellent performance and the assurance given by the company regarding its good aftersales services, all combine together to fully justify its 30k price.
